It first hosted motorcycle racing in 1931 and has since become one of the country’s most significant tracks. It features two main layouts—a National Circuit and a full Grand Prix circuit with the challenging Melbourne Loop and Craner Curves—and hosts a variety of events, including major motorcycle (MotoGP), car (British GT, F4), and truck races, as well as the annual Download Festival.
