Aaron Jeansonne’s Teammate for Indy 8 Hour Saves Rival Driver

Dutch Racing Driver Loek Hartog Pulls Ollie Millroy From Burning Ferrari

By Kris Mills, Social Media Coordinator

Although sometimes we forget, racing is an extremely dangerous sport. Feelings can go from excited and happy to scared and worried in the blink of an eye.

Ollie Millroy and Loek Hartog experienced this firsthand early in September during a China GT Championship race in Shanghai.

Hartog, who will be one of Aaron Jeansonne’s teammates during the upcoming Indy 8 Hour, pulled Millroy from a wrecked, burning Ferrari before emergency crews reached the scene.

Watch video below:

Millroy suffered multiple injuries, according to Motorsport.com, but gave credit to Hartog for saving his life.

We hope Millroy has a smooth, successful recovery.
