Impressive Weekend for TeamWWF Driver Ambassador Ayrton Houk

It was a weekend to remember for TeamWWF Driver Ambassador Ayrton Houk. Houk won the Dick Jordan Classic on Saturday in Anderson before qualifying P5 on Sunday for the upcoming Purdue Grand Prix. On Saturday, racing in the Kenyon Midget Series, Houk set the fastest laps in both practice sessions and qualified on pole. He won his heat race and started the feature in P6 (pill draw) before driving through the pack to the checkered flag.

Ballos Earns First NASCAR Local Racing Series Win of the Season

After earning pole position and leading the first 51 laps in Saturday’s race at Tri-County Speedway (Granite Falls, North Carolina), Ballos and his competitors were forced into a restart. Sitting in third with approximately 24 laps to go, Ballos started to make his way to the front. With less than 10 laps to go, after an impressive move, he was back in the lead — a lead he would never relinquish en route to his first win of the season.
