TeamWWF, also known as the Wings and Wheels Foundation, is pleased to announce Kaeden Ballos as its newest Driver Ambassador.
By Kris Mills, Social Media Coordinator
Ballos, 18, from Concord, North Carolina, is a fourth-generation racer. He climbed from go-karts to Bandoleros to Legends and now straps into Late Models with one mandate: learn the sport end-to-end and show up prepared.
In addition to racing, he is earning an associate’s degree in Motorsports Management at Cabarrus Early College of Technology.
“Kaeden will be a great addition to our team,” said TeamWWF Executive Director Madelyn DeLee. “His knowledge and experience as a fourth-generation racing driver will serve our foundation well. We are excited to watch him grow on and off the track.”
2026 CARS Tour
Ballos’ goal is to build a competitive Late Model program across NC, SC, and VA.
His next step is a full-season CARS Tour campaign. Established in 2014 and now co-owned by Dale Earnhardt Jr., Jeff Burton, Kevin Harvick, and Justin Marks, the Championship Auto Racing Series (CARS) is the Southeast’s premier stock car series.
The goal is for him to run all 15 events within the series and select other events at local tracks.
Off Track
Kaeden supports STEAM education through visits with Charlotte Motor Speedway programs and at select schools and community events in the Charlotte and Concord area.
He explains real racing topics like grip, braking, aerodynamics, and safety in clear, age-appropriate language.
