TeamWWF, also known as the Wings and Wheels Foundation, is proud to announce Maddie DeLee as its new Executive Director.

DeLee, who graduated from Purdue University in May with a degree in marketing and public relations, is excited to join the TeamWWF family.

I really want to build connections with people,” she said.I want to get other people interested in our foundation and show them a good time. And I definitely like how the door is open for anything, any possibility. We are not limited to what we can do.

While at Purdue, DeLee was a key member of the Purdue Grand Prix Foundation. She was named Director of Special Events in her junior year.

That kind of got my foot in the door with racing,” she said. “(Working in nonprofit) is personable. It is not so corporate and rigid. There is a personality aspect that I really like about it.”

DeLee has also helped her stepfather’s racing company, Stars Championship Series, which aims to provide an inclusive solution for karting drivers transitioning from regional to professional levels.

She is no stranger to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, having also participated in the IMS College Program.

DeLee was born in Michigan but grew up locally in Noblesville. She is a 2021 graduate of Noblesville High School.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading and visiting her family’s lake house in Michigan.

If you would like to connect with DeLee, please do not hesitate to reach out to her at director@teamwwf.com.
