It was a weekend to remember for TeamWWF Driver Ambassador Ayrton Houk.
Houk won the Dick Jordan Classic on Saturday in Anderson before qualifying P5 on Sunday for the upcoming Purdue Grand Prix.
On Saturday, racing in the Kenyon Midget Series, Houk set the fastest laps in both practice sessions and qualified on pole. He won his heat race and started the feature in P6 (pill draw) before driving through the pack to the checkered flag.
“What a night!” Houk said. “So much fun to be back in the Kenyon Midget Car with the JK Racing crew. Great way to kick off the season.”
