Aaron Jeansonne Completes Impressive Weekend at Road Atlanta

TeamWWF Driver Ambassador Earns Another Pole, Plus Champagne Showers

TeamWWF Driver Ambassador Aaron Jeansonne is on a roll.

Jeansonne grabbed another pole and a few more champagne showers over the weekend at Road Atlanta in Porsche Carrera Cup North America action (Round 7). He maintained his lead in the Rookie championship with two second-place finishes.

Jeansonne’s first pole of the season came at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway at the end of September (Round 6). He followed it up with his first win of the season in Race 2 at IMS.

Jeansonne’s strong momentum comes at the perfect time as one race remains on the calendar. The Carrera Cup NA season finale (Round 8) will take place this coming weekend at Circuit of the Americas (COTA) in Austin, TX.

Jeansonne’s team, Kellymoss Inc., had a weekend to remember at Road Atlanta with Jeansonne and teammate Riley Dickinson earning a 1-2 finish in Race 2.

So glad everyone at Kellymoss was able to celebrate a 1-2 finish in Race 2 after everyone’s hard work,” Jeansonne said. “Time to finish strong!

Dickinson leads the Pro championship with 260 points. Ryan Yardley (258), Zachary Vanier (216), Jeansonne (196), and Tyler Maxson (194) round out the top 5.

In the Rookie championship, Jeansonne (309 points) holds a slight lead over Maxson (298 points), who won Race 1 at Road Atlanta.

Two Races Remain in Kenyon Midget Series

Four races. Three feature wins. It is safe to say TeamWWF Driver Ambassador Danny O’Gara is on fire. O’Gara earned another first-place finish on Saturday at Berlin Raceway as part of the Kenyon Midget Series. According to ussaracing.com, the three wins have him tied for 11th on the all-time feature wins list, which is quite the accomplishment for a 12-year-old. Houk ended up fifth overall, according to ussaracing.com
