TeamWWF Driver Ambassador One of Four Drivers Battling for Championship

TeamWWF Driver Ambassador Ayrton Houk will be back in action on Saturday after competing at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMSA) this past weekend.
Houk is one of four drivers battling for the Kenyon Midget Series Championship at Anderson Speedway. He is currently No. 2 in the points standings, 26 points behind the leader (Isaac Johnson).
According to ussaracing.com, the 10th running of the Don & Mel Kenyon Classic at Anderson Speedway will be the longest race of the season — a 75-lap feature. A maximum of 270 points will be available.
Houk won the first race at Anderson earlier this year, picking up the K&K Marketing Fast Qualifier honors and a win in the KRJ Race Products heat race.
“We have a good set-up for Anderson and have always been strong there,” he said. “I will need a good pill draw for the invert. It’s really tight this year; it will be a lot of fun. The team with the best run could leave Anderson with the championship.”
Hunter Peri remains atop the Redline Ace Rookie of the Year standings, 188 points ahead of Seth Tozer. TeamWWF Driver Ambassador Danny O’Gara is 370 points behind Peri and No. 11 in the overall standings in his debut season.
Note: The Sept. 18 race at the Sportsdrome Speedway was canceled due to poor weather, which was a positive for Houk as he was competing at IMS with CSM Motorsport (IMSA Battle on the Bricks).
