The final round of the GB3 Championship is set for this weekend at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya in Spain.

TeamWWF Driver Ambassador Jason Pribyl (ADM Racing with Nitrous Competitions) aims to finish the season strong at a track known for its varied layout. It was built in 1991 for the Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix and the MotoGP Catalan Motorcycle Grand Prix.

Three practice sessions are set for Friday, followed by qualifying and Race 1 on Saturday. Races 2-3 will take place on Sunday.

According to the official GB3 website, 25 drivers are expected in Spain, including seven newcomers, matching GB3’s biggest-ever grid—most recently achieved at Silverstone in 2025.

“I am really excited to get back in the car,” Pribyl said, who is making his first trip to Spain. “The last sector of the track is one of the most famous sectors in Formula 1. It is also known for high-speed corners. It is a really fun circuit. It is one of those that is really intuitive and entertaining to drive.”

Pribyl spent plenty of time on his racing simulator ahead of the final round.

“It is sometimes hard to tell on the sim, but the track has a lot of elevation changes,” he said. “It is one of those tracks that has consequences if you make a mistake. That is why it is more fun. Pushing the limits is more fun. I can’t think of any track anywhere that is similar to Barcelona.

“As a first-generation driver, there are a lot of things you cannot take for granted. This is just a really awesome opportunity. It is an opportunity, especially in a GB3 car, that a lot of people would kill for. And since it is the end of the season, I plan to stick around for a week and sightsee.”

The GB3 website had this to say about Pribyl and a few of his fellow drivers:

“Drivers aiming for a breakthrough podium include Kyuho Lee, Dante Vinci, Ricardo Baptista, Aurelia Nobels and Jason Pribyl. Seeing any of those with a trophy this weekend would be no surprise, given their improving results as the season has gone on.”

Nikita Bedrin leads the championship with 445 points. Deagen Fairclough (356 points) and Lucas Fluxa (355 points) are second and third, respectively.

You can watch all three races on the MSV TV YouTube channel. You can also follow the action on the GB3 website.

Help us wish Pribyl the best of luck this weekend!
