St. Petersburg is the great kickstart of the USFPro Championships and the Indy Car season. St. Petersburg is the first weekend of seventeen NTT Indy Car Series races. USF2000, Presented by Cooper Tire, joins the series in a doubleheader for the weekend. This is also the first of many entries for Future Star Racing into the USF2000 series.

The winning team assisting those drivers is two Marian University engineering students, Kim Graham, 23, and Ryan McIntyre, 24. Graham is building her communications skills and assisting Norma Lawrence Unser, former race car driver Al Unser Jr.’s wife, in managing the Future Star Racing suite for guests.

On May 6th, Friday evening, 16-time Grammy winner David Foster kicked-started the weekend with the Founders’ Night at the Prime Grill at Hotel X Toronto, an invitation-only evening beginning with cocktails followed by a grazing supper. The casual yet classy invitation-only event for the largest two-hundred donors and supporters of the David Foster Foundation featured an evening’s attire of jeans and jewels.
