Danny O’Gara Closes Rookie Formula Season with Victory at Sebring

TeamWWF Driver Finishes Fourth in Championship Standings

By Kris Mills, Social Media Coordinator

New TeamWWF Driver Danny O’Gara (SFHR Development) capped off an impressive rookie campaign in the Lucas Oil Formula Car Series with a hard-fought victory at Sebring International Raceway this week, securing a fourth-place finish in the championship standings.

At just 11 years old, Danny demonstrated remarkable growth throughout the 2025 season, consistently improving his pace and racecraft against a competitive national field. His win at Sebring — one of the most demanding circuits in North America — marked a statement finish in his first year in formula car competition.

In Race 2 at Sebring, Danny started P10 and worked his way to the front of the field to secure the win. It was an impressive feat for the young driver.

To close the season with a win at Sebring is the best possible way to end my first year in formula cars,” said O’Gara. “I’ve learned a ton and showed I can run up front. I’m grateful for everyone who’s helped make this possible — and ready for what’s next.

SFHR Development is committed to preparing emerging talent for the next stages of professional motorsport. O’Gara’s progression and late-season success exemplify the program’s focus on performance, preparation, and long-term driver development.

Danny has worked incredibly hard this season,” said Team Principal Sarah Fisher. “From his first laps out of karts to ending the year with a win at Sebring, he’s shown the focus and maturity we look for in a young driver. We’re proud of his progress and excited to see where he goes next.

Sarah had a highly successful racing career of her own, including 81 IndyCar Series starts and 9 Indy 500 starts (the most by any woman).

With momentum from his Sebring triumph and a strong debut season, O’Gara and the SFHR Development team are already looking ahead to opportunities for 2026.
